Nic Streatfeild is recognised as a leading exponent and facilitator of e-government. His understanding of the e-Gov and Transformation agenda in the public sector has developed over a number of years and been enhanced through contributing to Pathfinder and National Projects with DCLG, DCA and DTI. Nic is a strong believer in sharing knowledge and best practice and is a regular contributor at events organised by SOCITM, CIPFA, LGA, EMDA etc.

After graduating, Nic joined the Ericsson Graduate Training programme, before moving to Cable & Wireless. In 1996, on his return to the UK after working in government sectors for Cable and Wireless in Australia, he became one of the founders of Rutland On Line, then one of the country's first community websites. Today, rol provides services to local authorities throughout the country.

Graham has successfully developed his career in a number of major companies, focusing on business growth, service implementation and customer satisfaction. Before joining rol, he was managing director of Ventelo Ltd (formerly GTS and Esprit Telecom), for ten years, growing the company from inception into a successful and profitable organisation with over 1000 business customers, 170 employees and revenues in excess of £40m per annum.
